• RENTALS CONDITIONS Low Season: from 28 of december 2019 to 30 of may 2020 and from 3 of october 2020  to 2 of january 2021; Middle Season: form 30 of may 2020 to 27 of june 2020 and from 5 of september 2020 to 3 of october 2020; High Season: from 27 of june 2020 to 5 of september 2020. The rentals are weekly, usually from Saturday to Saturday. The arrival time is from 16:00 to 19:00 pm, other times must be arranged by phone or e-mail.

The departure time is scheduled from 09:00 am. You can leave your luggage with the owners.
The price ranges from 1.200,00 to 1.630.00 euros la second season, according to the number of guests (special offer) if they have already been our guests, if they are our friends, and even if they are friends of our friends for a long vacation period in low and middle season.
